When booking my appointment, the ladies I spoke to were very lovely and patient with me. They were very helpful and I can’t thank them enough!
Dr Neel Tambimuttu was so lovely, professional and kind. He made sure I understood and made sure all my questions were answered. He was very intelligent and Clear on all the stages and process.
The only negative thing I can say is the wait times for the appointments and treatment, however I am an NHS patient and that is expected sadly.

It is always really useful for us to hear about patient experiences, good or bad, so we can make sure we address any problems quickly or make changes to our processes if needed. We are pleased to hear that your assessment has been really helpful in providing answers to your questions, and that your journey through PUK has been so positive. Our service continues to be extremely popular, as you have noted, and we know that many of our patients are waiting for longer than we would like. However, we are doing everything we can to recruit new staff and we continually audit our processes to ensure that they are as streamlined as possible.
