Psychiatry UK has actually changed my life. I've always struggled somewhat and at the age of 46 realised that my life/symptoms were due to ADHD and after a short wait time of around 3 months I actually had my suspicion confirmed and was diagnosed with ADHD. I was referred to a tritation nurse who led me through the steps of finding a medication regime which helped with my symptoms and am now getting on with my life. The whole thing was well handled and I'd recommend Psychiatry UK to anyone. Thank you

I loved feeling as though I was in control of my medication options. I was asked for feedback and that feedback was listened to. Being able to access all forms, notes, and prescriptions on a portal was especially helpful. Overall, compared to medical treatment I have had in the past, Psychiatry UK made me feel more in control, more respected, and more listened to.

My experience with Psychiatry UK has been beyond amazing and so much better than I could have expected, Dr Sajjad Sadiq made me feel so comfortable and Helen Hardcastle was so so helpful throughout the whole process. I always felt at ease and never had to worry about anything. Would highly recommend to anyone beginning this process!

I've had an amazing experience with Psychiatry UK - I was apprehensive about medication initially and the staff were very empathic and willing to answer my questions. Dr Sajjad Sadiq gave me all of the information I needed and the titration nurse I was working with, Dean Tipton, was very helpful during the titration process. The service was generally very quick as well - they consistently got back to me within a day or so, which I found quite impressive considering that they state that communication may take 2 - 5 working days.

I've found the care provided by Psychiatry-UK to be excellent. I was referred for ADHD assessment and felt supported from the first moment. All of my questions have been dealt with quickly and professionally, and my feedback taken seriously and treated with respect. My data was monitored and when it changed for the worse they followed up quickly. When there were any minor administrative problems I was informed quickly and they provided options for rectifying them. They were happy extending my titration period to try different doses, and they were supportive as I went through the process of adjusting to new levels of medication until we found the right one. I can't say enough good things about the care, and the treatment has been genuinely life changing. Thoroughly recommended.

I am a 'Right to Choose' patient who used Psychiatry UK to get help with my ADHD and sincerely cant fault the help I've received. From the initial contact with Psychiatry UK I have found everyone I have spoken to to be incredibly helpful, supportive and kind. Getting a diagnosis, support and medication genuinely changed my life. The professionals who helped me with a diagnosis and the lengthy titration process were always easy to contact, happy to answer any questions, supportive and helpful and I really couldn't recommend this service highly enough, great people doing amazing work.

I have been a 'Right To Choose' patient under Psychiatry UK, and my experience getting diagnosed with and treated for ADHD has been great. My prescribing nurse, Dr Kouser Jan Shaik, was attentive to any questions I had; and although my titration process was long and tedious with much deliberation, I was never made to feel as if I was wasting time. Kouser was diligent and always had my best interests in mind when trying to find what dosage worked for me, and I am very thankful for his patience and attention. I did once experience a significant delay in the delivery of my prescription, and was without medication for some three weeks, due to what I suppose was a miscommunication between staff; and sometimes I had to remind and correct the staff multiple times regarding my situation and personal details as time passed, even though my information was freely available in my Patient Portal and Case Notes. However, I guess this is only natural when dealing with a high number of patients - I'm sure the PUK staff have a lot of people under their care, and my treatment otherwise never made me feel under-attended to. I am very grateful for the diagnosis and treatment PUK have given me.

I had a great experience with PSY-UK, they were attentive, efficient, and made the process as simple as possible for me. Dr Losada-Perez and Jo Kirkham were lovely and empathetic throughout the ADHD diagnosis / triage process, and I felt heard and understood at every step of the way which I really appreciated. Couldn't recommend PSY-UK enough.
