The clinic was clean, parking easy and very accessible.

Excellent receptionists and radiographers

The reception was very well organised. The whole facility was immaculate and they managed to undertake an MRI and a shoulder x-ray at the same time as I visited Mr Gupta.

Access for disabled patients is extremely poor. Manual doors mean that I cannot attend the clinic without assistance Automatic doors need to be installed. Because of this great error during recent refurbishment I have been forced to see my surgeon elsewhere.

A hidden gem!

I visited Prime Health on a few occasions when I was seeing Mr Gutpa . I found the whole process from start to finish a well oiled engine and everything ran smoothly and I am very happy with my final outcome . I would certainly recommend Mr Gupta and Prime Health.
