The whole process was exceptionally supportive and felt like a safe environment to really explain my symptoms and the impact they are having on me The questions were clear, I was given the time to answer fully. Any interjections on my part were acknowledged. After a thorough process of history taking, which at times was quite emotional, the consultant (Dr Chi-Chi (Chiedu) Obuaya) explained his findings slowly and provided details of next steps. It genuinely was a text book exercise of how to conduct an appointment with a patient.
