Having spoken to Karen on the phone about my son’s problem we were booked in and seen within 2 days. Karen explained the set up and where to wait at our appointment time. The clinic was extremely clean and well equipped and our physio Jo, was knowledgeable, thorough, kind and helpful. We had seen the GP the day before and had a referral made but the in depth assessment performed by Jo really helped us to understand what the potential issue could be and she provided a safe set of exercises for my son to perform at home in order to maintain and develop his mobility. I am so pleased we kept the appointment despite being referred for investigation through the NHS because Jo will be able to support my son’s recovery along the way.
