After researching several clinics for my breast augmentation, I chose Pall Mall because they made me feel most comfortable from the start. My coordinator was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, helping me book consultations and patiently answering all my questions. I specifically requested a surgeon who specialised in breast surgery, and was recommended Mr. Topps. After researching his work, I was delighted to learn he specializes in natural-looking results, which was exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a natural teardrop implant and shape, and felt confident he was the right surgeon for me. During my first consultation, Mr. Topps explained everything the procedure would entail, took careful measurements, and provided expert advice on the appropriate implant sizes for my body. He was also very accommodating booking surgery during the summer to fit my schedule. On the day of surgery, I was naturally nervous, but Mr. Topps and his team were wonderful at putting me at ease and I was back in my room recovering shortly after. I was able to go home after a few hours with all the medication and antibiotics I needed. The aftercare was excellent. I received a follow-up call a few days later to check on my recovery. At my one-week post-op appointment, the nurse removed my plasters and was very pleased with how my breasts were healing. The first week was challenging, as expected after surgery, but the Pall Mall team ensured I had everything I needed. I took plenty of rest in those first few weeks and gradually returned to my normal routine, taking my time to ensure the best possible results. At my post-op check, both Mr. Topps and I were more than happy with the end result. I LOVE my new breasts! I’m so pleased with my decision to choose Mr. Topps and the Pall Mall team. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering breast surgery.

I recently had cosmetic breast surgery at Pall Mall. I was very happy with the surgeon, the operation, the aftercare and the results of my surgery. I needed to have several appointments for aftercare and I was always seen straight away, the nurses were lovely and I was given plenty of dressings to take home. I always felt reassured and knew if I had any issues they would have been dealt with. I have no problems in recommending Pall Mall hospital (Newton le Willows).

Ashley was very patient and kind with me whilst having my consultation and check ups. I was very anxious about picking the right size for me and he definitely suggested the correct one. I have a hereditary blood condition which meant that my treatment was not the ‘norm’ , ashley made me feel really safe and calm even on the morning before surgery. I chose to go with ashley because he had brilliant credentials and his bedside manner was very friendly and calming. After meeting a handful of surgeons i knew it had to be Ashley for me and I'm so glad i did. Im really happy with the results and i have had no complications or difficulty healing. Thank you Ashley!
