Not one person I came into contact with was judgemental. They were all so kind and friendly. It really helps an awful situation when staff are so kind and considerate.

The procedure was less stressful than I expected and the staff were very kind and caring. Maybe the phone discussion could be improved, by talking more slowly and clearly. Overall it was a light procedure and a the staff were great. Thank you!

I've felt so low for the past year over a different reason and this amazing woman [name removed] has made my life so at easy in the space of ten mins of meeting me. Thank you so much you've made me feel so at easy took such a weight of my shoulders. Thank you [name removed] sorry also the staff are amazing but [name removed] is something else. Staff were amazing couldn't fault them in any way, I felt very comfortable all the way through the process I'm so thankful the staff are incredable.

I really struggle with anxiety and frequently have panic attacks around new people or more than 1 and I felt so comfortable that it didn't happen so that's how I know myself I felt safe , looked after and comfortable
