Speed of appt and treatment on day excellent. Phone consultation quite rushed. I struggled to keep up with what she was reading out to me.

Bppit felt more personal and friendly. The nurse in the actual surgery did a brilliant job at keeping me comfortable and my mind off what was happening (without being distracting). Everyone was friendly and helpful and iv had a really positive experience .
