The care I received was beyond the level of exceptional service I expected. All of the nurses and sisters I encountered were clear, direct and professional but still extremely caring and nice. The feeling in the waiting room with the nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and I felt at all times if I needed something that it would always be accommodated to the best of everyone's ability. I don't think anything could have been improved, this was such a comforting experience.

All staff were supportive from entering at reception to surgery then into after care. The nurses in aftercare really helped bring me round from a traumatic experience and the nurses in surgery were fantastic at comforting me. An absolutely fantastic service, thank you so much to all staff.
