The care I've had here today has been phenomenal. Special mentions to Lyn, Alice, Alex and Tracie have all been absolutely wonderful. Caring, patient, knowledgeable and ready to help. Tea and biscuits, a helpful chat and no rush to get me out. Personal care at its best. A heartfelt thank you to all. And I hope Sister Jacky knows what a fabulous team she has. Love Katie Fawcett xxx
