The initial meet on site prior to the operation was very professional and made me feel reassured. The general set up and introduction to theatre was very calm.
The only fault I found was there appeared to be blood splatter on the ceiling and Aircon unit, this was a little intimidating

The experience was as positive as could be because of the staff and centre, it's a shame about the protesters who really were upsetting but this is beyond the control of the centre!! The centre tried to balance this with the pro choice supporters outside too
