I felt as if I was a part of the family, all staff from my initial phone call right through to the treatment have been super friendly, and have explained everything so clearly and put me at ease throughout, the level of professionalism is outstanding, how the staff manage to remain that professional yet still make you feel like you've been best friends for years is testimony to how good they are!
