Very efficiently done. I was very well looked after and felt comfortable despite being quite nervous. The procedure itself was a bit painful but I was spoken to in a kind manner which was very helpful :-) In terms of improvement maybe the room for getting changed before the procedure could have some plants maybe to help calm patients
