From the second I walked through the front door on my first appointment, petrified and anxious I was greeted by a lady with a huge smile on her face and the rest of the staff was just as welcoming bringing me to instant ease. The client care from every single !ember of staff was impeccable fro the midwife, care assistant to the receptionist. I could not fault my expierence here. Everything was thoroughly explained and my questions was answered. Even from the first phone call, I was reassured and made at ease on every step of this traumatic experience. Thank you to everybody involved.
