Honestly I had the most FANTASTIC time today. Everyone was SOOOO lovely, I felt really involved in all my treatment and my dignity was preserved at all times. On top of that, all the midwives, nurses, doctors, and everyone else was up for a laugh which made me feel so at ease. A special shout-out to [name removed] who has been with me since day one, [name removed] for making the best cup of tea I've had in my life, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the rest of the team for being the most wonderful women in the world! (And the male surgeon and anaesthetist who were superb at their job as well)
