The surgery on the day all the staff where lovely and attentive. Explained things well. The multiple telephone consultations I felt the same. The first consultation I had though. It was face to face and I came away anxious even more though than I was before. I felt she was negative. As I say though the surgery staff on the day where excellent and so supportive to me. They held my hand throughout and made me feel at ease and for that I am grateful.
