The receptionist [name removed] was absolutely brilliant! The Health Care Assistants in the Recovery Room were fantastic and the Midwife during the Surgical Procedure was also great. These individuals made me feel very much at ease and comfortable with what was about to happen. I wouldn't suggest all the other individuals did the same. The nurse who completed he consent section spoke far too fast and seemed like she was operating a conveyor belt.
