I was well looked after before, during and after my procedure. Everything was explained to me and I was made to feel very comfortable.
The only thing I can fault is the poor reception of the radio in the waiting room!! Haha!

The nurses upstairs were so lovely and put me at ease when I was panicking. Anaesthetist was just great. Very reassuring and personal in what was a horrible situation.

Everything was great when here and on the phone! The only thing is limited weekend appoinments I work full time and getting to Manchester was hard work with traffic but other then that it's been good.
