The clinic was fantastic day of treatment it was extremely clean and saw them cleaning reg staff were lovely! But unfortunately the call centre before I got this far was disgusting and shouldn't be in this job please investigate further as I will be furthering a complaint they have let the centre down immensely

All of the staff have been so lovely and I was given time to consider my decision after finding out this was a twin pregnancy. Thank you to everyone. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] today were particularly caring and the lady on reception with the short brown hair has always been so understanding and supportive every time she has seen me. I felt safe, I felt I could take to someone if I needed to, at every step they asked memory I was on and did I want oask questions. The cavity was clean. The nurse were cleaning Thales chairs and magazines regularly . The only problem I had was I was here for 4hours before I had my operation. No fault of the centre but I'd have liked an indication of time frames before I started waiting.
All staff were kind and amazing.

I have had a very happy experience, I was made to feel at ease. The only thing I would suggest is giving you a list of surrounded clinics for you to choose. As I was initially given Brixton. When Maidstone was more convenient for me, and did have to call to rearrange. Other then that, very satisfied with my exprience

Nurses and staff were very friendly and attentive and made me feel comfortable in the environment I was in they constantly checked on me and made sure I was okay
