10\10 care given throughout. Only one negative being the waiting time of 3 hours before procedure.

I was waiting for an extremely long time of around three and a half hours which when not have eaten or really drinking much was quite difficult when in the situation of undergoing an abortion but apart from that everyone and everything else is fantastic and wonderful!
I think some reading magazines or a TV could really resolve this issue .thank you for your care however and the privilege of a choice.

All staff members were lovely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wait I was in the clinic for over 3 hours before I was seen and with the Corona virus this did worry me. However I cannot fault the clinic or staff
