The procedure was fine and straight forward.
But my appointment was at 11:30 and I didn't see anyone until 1:30. I hadn't eaten or drunk that day. I felt very frustrated and forgotten about. I asked if while I was waiting for hours could I sit outside with my partner to out me at ease. But they said no. The staff once I was upstairs were lovely and treated me well. I suggest better time management and let people come back if they want to if the clinic knows they're going to be waiting for hours.
