My only complaint about the service I have received would be regarding the lady who did my initial scan. I was very anxious and upset and she wasn't very compassionate and made me feel significantly more upset. However, this minor negative is far outweighed by the amazing care I have received from everyone else at the Maidstone clinic. Being very anxious (and a pain, no doubt), everybody has gone over and above to make me feel safe, comfortable and make my needs accommodated. I am so grateful to have access to such an amazing service. Thank you to everyone who has made me feel so comfortable here (especially [name removed] who went over and above to calm me down and discuss everything with me to calm me down). You all do an a!asking job day in, day out and it doesn't go unappreciated.

Thank you so much for your feed back however I must apologise for the lack of empathy in your consultation. However five stars for the centre in everything else is great. This is positive for anyone reading this who may be considering using our services. I alert the managers to your post and thanks again.
