Although I've made a complaint to the errors when my procedure was booked, I must say that the care I've received has been nothing short of outstanding; I felt looked after, reassured and totally supported by every member of staff at my consultation and today at my procedure. Thank you so much for making a difficult time as easy as possible. All the people have been absolutely lovely.
