There was some confusion about how long I had to wait after taking the pills before the surgery. I was upset it took an hour to work when I had been here an hour and felt that could have been done on arrival. Then I was told 2hours by someone else. Due to anxiety I had a panic attack and had to leave the waiting room was full and I felt every could see and hear my panic so I walked out. When I called and came back in everyone was really lovely and made me feel safe and calmer
