I was treated with dignity and respect the whole way through. All the staff were really friendly and approachable at all times. The health care assistants were really supportive due to me needing preparation before my surgery and when they saw I was becoming distressed spent time with me and liaised with the doctor to get me seen. It was lovely that all members of the team including the doctor and anesthatist spoke and checked up on you by name whilst in recovery. [name removed] and [name removed] in particular were star's and I can't thank them enough
