The first phone call was so awful.rude impatient woman.i didn't ring for days after
Years ago I don't think I'd have the courage to have called back after her attitude\.i was in tears after call and shaking ...all other staff have been amazing.but am awful

All the ladies I meet during my treatment were lovely. They looked after me.this was one of the most hard times in my life but the staff at Marie Stopes Essex was amazing .I can not thank them enough for all the care and patience they showed me.

Amazing service and lovely ladies looked after me. Unfortunately not a location near me but this was the closest. Even with my aftercare half asleep ramblings the ladies were very happy to talk to me.
