Hi and thank you for your feedback. The girls in Essex will be very pleased to know you appreciated them. They do work hard to keep their excellent reputation and look after our patients to a very high standard. I'm sorry you telephone experience was only 1 star, which is poor. This could be due to the Call Centre which is currently overwhelmed with calls as we have been changing over our system for a more up to date one. Hopefully this will be a temporary situation and we expect to be running as normal as soon as possible.
