Everyone was very caring, supportive and informative and although I was feeling nervous about the procedure no one at the clinic made me feel uncomfortable or gave me a reason to feel any more anxiety around the experience, the nurses etc. are very attentive and helpful and do the best to make you comfortable etc

The procedure was very quick and I felt very well looked after. Staff were very considerate and very professional. However, the surgeon performing the operation was not very friendly.
