The 24 hour phone lines were always helpful (apart from the first one who messed me around) and the staff at the Essex centre were amazing to me and made me feel Welcome by joking around with me and telling me everything that was going on making me feel included in everything they did.

I have used Marie Stopes before and the staff are very pleasant in buckhurst hill. The facility it very clean and I'm made to feel very comfortable
