From booking, to sitting here in recovery I have been exceptionally greateful to each and every member who I have had contact with. Everyone has made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed.. even wiping my years as I was being put to sleep.

I have sever anxiety and to be honest on the day i came in I was to be honest a compete mess every single nurse and doctor who I saw was so conciderate and helped me throughout it all ! I can't thank you all enough for helping me through this time

I have previously used the services and have been very happy with the information given to me and the support and comfort I have felt at the appointment. However, this time today the lady was around an hour and half late for my appointment, which left me feeling very anxious. I was collected and taken into the room where the appointment was very rushed, my scan was completed. No health checks completed (Finger prick, blood pressure, chlamydia test etc). The instruction of pain relief that I was able to take was not very clear, but as my appointment felt rushed, I almost felt like I couldn’t ask. I have previous documents which I have kept that gave me the pain relief information. The only information I brought home is a leaflet on contraception and 1 pregnancy test. I did not even receive an emergency telephone number... in the instance I should need it. As I said I have previously experienced this procedure before so I had an idea of what is going to happen. I’m thanking my lucky stars I was not a woman going through this for the first time!!! I’m appalled by the service today and I’ve never had a bad word to say previously, maybe the nurse should be given more training.
