Excessive waiting times (more than 2 hours), increased anxiety 10 fold. Also, the clinic should consider identifying patients by their unique pin numbers in public areas. and

We do try to avoid this, however even with the best laid plans, we sometimes have hold ups behind the scenes which are unavoidable. Your suggestion of confidentiality method of PIN number will be passed to the managers and this may be something we can consider so thank you again.

It was good, However their were a few secretive jobs that were going on as I lifted up my legs in the theatre room which made me feel uncomfortable right before being put to sleep.
