The nurse that gave me my medical and scan showed no care or empathy, made me feel disgusted in myself and I was left seeing a photo which I did ask not to but her lack of caring to keep me from seeing it.
I felt on the day going in to theatre again very lack of empathy

The People here are very kind and caring and understanding and I'm happy with the care and support I have had today
Even though there was delay i was informed of and apologised of this. No nurses were cold mannered and this was a huge relief to me. Thank you.
