I was relatively happy with the service I received your until procedure. It was a little cold, however the nurse that introduced the team was lovely. Surgeon not so much. Everyone batter treatment, again was nice.

Initial appointments ran late and we're stressful during an overwhelming time however the operation day was smooth and ran to time! It would be better if there were more centres/ more times available.

All members of staff were understanding and caring. I came here ten years ago and it has massively improved. The anaesthetist was very caring and put me at ease.
