On the day the care was excellent and counselling was too. Booking staff on the phone could have been a little more empathic.

I couldn't thank the staff enough for their help, patience and understanding. I felt important and the staff where always only a few steps away. You have a wonderful team here and I couldn't fault them in anyway. Really appreciate everyone that helped me!e today a credit to the team and made me feel comfortable at all times.

Although I was scared and nervous the doctor's made me feel really comfortable and treated me with a lot of respect I would highly recommend Marie Stopes the staff are absolutely brilliant
