During a tough and emotion time I have been well supported, informed and exceptionally cared for, I have been very anxious and the nurses have been instrumental in my emotional support and made me reassured and comfortable.

Everything was explained well and staff were attentive. Building was a bit cold especially after taking the medicine before surgery but that was just because of the radiators not working that day

As this is the first time I had ever experienced anything like this, I was naturally nervous and in some senses ashamed. The team from the get go (no exceptions) made me feel comfortable and supported.
