Even though I suffer with anxiety they made me feel comfortable and a nurse held my hand through it and I knew that she was there for me through it all.

At first I was quite scared but all the staff I saw were absolutely amazing and treated me with me respect and looked after me. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Medical abortion was unsuccessful so doctor called me in for scan and informed me abruptly abortion was unsuccessful. No care or warmth in informing me this. Very disappointed.bwhen coming in for surgical abortion felt like cattle, although the nurses were friendly and reassuring.

Every step of the way I was treated very well. Everyone that I made contact with was very kind and made sure I was well informed. Staff at Essex were particularly very nice and attentive. I felt comfortable from begining to end. Made the experience slot easier to deal with as everyone was so kind.
