Your work is amazing I was treated with soon much respect and when I went into the surgical room I was soon nervous. The staff all introduced themselves and kept me inform ed about the procedure. Thank you for preserving our dignity during such a difficult time. The only suggestion I have is around waiting times. From the first phone call to the day of the procedure. For me this was four weeks which were too long. Overall I am grateful for your amazing work. Thank you.
