The nursing staff and surgeon was fantastic however the front of house I couldn't say we're very good at all. My appointment was messed up by the person who did by pre assesment I was then told to come in for 1pm on day of app. I arrived 10 mins early but left waiting for the best part of nearly 2 hours without any communucation as to why until I had to ask. It's already a very nervous thing to go through and anxious so this was extremely upsetting
