Hi and thank you for the wonderful star ratings which will be appreciated by all. I am sorry if the call let you down in any way. One Call is a huge team of very dedicated women and men and they also make up the workforce throughout the company. I do understand it's difficult sometimes to share personal information, with the opposite sex, however you can feel assured that every team member is here to help our patients.
