My appointment was at 11:15 I arrived 15 mins late because I travel 2 goes away, I sat in the waiting room for about a hour, got called for a scan and other bits and sat waiting for a extra 3 hours, I was told there was a 2 hour wait. Some of the staff didn't make me feel that comfortable, they wasn't very friendly but overall it was ok
