I have been in the Essex centre, on the email it was saying that I could come with a friend same on my phone call, when arrived apparently it was not the case. My friend had to wait outside, it was cold and rainy,she couldn't even wait in the waiting room even if there were no one. My friend is asmatic. The welcoming service was very very poor both time I came, I wanted to leave. They were so cold. Are they racist? I wouldn't advise this clinic for the way they welcome you but also because there is a true lack of communication with clients. When it comes down to the price on the website it was saying £580 for my abortion and my profile, when I came they actually told me that it was £600. This is really a shame. The rest of the team has been effective that is why overall I gave a good rating. Otherwise it's a shame.
