During such an awful time MSI were fantastic, in particular a few nurses that I’ll never forget. During my consultation I was able to discuss options with the nurses and explained about my ongoing mental health they referred me to the counsellor which I am still speaking with. The counsellor really let me speak out and talk freely. I have had great support at home from my mum and during the at home medical termination I experienced terrible terrible pains which concerned your nurse and she told me to go up the hospital if things got worse, during this time from 5-9 she rang me 3 times to check up on me and was fantastic, she really helped me through such a terrible time and I’ll never forget her kinds words and reassurance. I have felt very supported during my termination and not so alienated. The one down fall was that I was offered codeine as part of my medication package and the box arrived with no codeine in it which was a shame as I experienced the most distressing and horrible pain. The nurse on the phone helped me so much & I wish I could remember her name. Thank you MSI, for helping me during such a hard and upsetting time.
