The telephone support was outstanding I felt the Doctor rushed the information given and was unsympathetic Being the first appointment today it was 40 minutes late The receptionist did however apologise . The nurse was prompted to by myself. I could have waited in my car with the support of my mum as my anxiety was high The after care was compassionate and warm from the nurses Thank you!
