Initially more compassion and understanding from some, especially from [name removed] on pre assessment, said things like ,'welcome back to the party,' when I returned from lo after !y scan which felt inappropriate. Felt so sad and and anxious and this wasn't always considered or didn't fell compassion from some. Receptionists on visit today we're lovely and empathetic but didn't feel that level of compassion and empathy from all staff.
