Everyone was really kind and helpful. No improvements, the wait was long but I am grateful to be able to access a free and safe service unlike many other women in different countries so I can't complain.

The care given was lovely , the staff were friendly and reassured me of everything that would be happening and made me feel comfortable before and after treatment.

Sometimes there were slight bits of information that could be explained in more detail, and follow up call would be appreciated but I understand it's a lot of extra admin

I was greeted warmly and put at ease instantly! Nurses were very professional and were so helpful in answering questions.
