The staff are all lovely, friendly and treat you with so much respect. I have been made to feel comfortable and safe the whole day. I couldn't have been in a better place.

They told me everything to expect and gave me time to ask questions, they supported me when I got upset, I felt very dignified and treated with care, offered pain relief when needed and food and drink. Everyone I seen was lovely and caring and no rushing at all.
