The staff were emotionally supportive which I found really really warming. The ladies had total respect for my desicion. I would highly recommend the care from the women I was seen by today.bthankyou for making my heartbreaking experience that little bit better.

Very friendly and professional staff. Felt comfortable and confident in my treatment. At times felt slightly rushed, but I understand staff are very busy!

The staff in Bristol were fantastic, my only criticism with the device in general would be inconsistencies in information between centres as in was initially seen in Birmingham, and was given different information there. It was also a little disappointing to have to travel so far to be fitted in for an appointment.
