I was made to feel very welcome and i was informed of everything that was going to happen throughout my time in the clinic. I was treated with respect and my dignity was kept. Even when i got upset in the surgery room I was comforted by everyone and my years were wiped for me. I can't thank the team enough for making me feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you.
