Listened to what I had to say, calmed me down when needed. Everything was explained well. Always given time to think over before proceeding. Everyone was polite, non judgemental and really lovely and helpful.

The only reason I say good rather than excellent is the waiting period. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 I arrived 15 minutes early and didn't begin treatment until 12:00. Accept from this the treatment and care I received was outstanding, I would use the facility again and similarly I would recommend Marie stropes to anyone that to a service offered by the team.
