[name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic from start to finish, couldn't fault them, particularly [name removed] who treated me with real kindness at what was a really upsetting time. Also the reception staff, who as first point of contact are of equal importance were warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe from when I checked in. The whole experience was made easy (as it could be given the circumstances) and straightforward, I didn't feel judged in any way and was also treated with respect and patience. Thank you
